Your duties >>>

• Planning and implementing sales activities for the products in the sales area of Cardiac Surgery and Intensive Care Medicine
• Participation of trade fairs, congresses and training courses for/from customers, also internally
• Identifying customer needs and responding appropriately to changing customer and market situations
• Building and maintaining a network of HCPs and KOLs for the respective sales areas
• Lead our local reimbursement and regulatory activities 
• Continuous development of relevant personal skills, independently and with the support of the company

Your profile >>>

• Have at least 3-5 years Sales experience with Belgium hospitals and end customers, alternatively a professional background as Perfusionist in the Belgium market also qualifies for the position 
• Ideally a strong network in Belgium Cardiac Surgery and ICU environment
• Experience in bringing our product from product life cycle status „introduction“ to „growth“
• Show fluent English language skills and comfortable in CRM usage
• Self-driven personality and a team player
• Have a hands-on-mentality, very good communication skills and a high level of intercultural competence
