Product Specialist Medical UAE (m/f/d) Cardiac Surgery & Critical Care

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Product Specialist to strengthen our presence in the United Arab Emirates.

The ideal candidate combines a strong medical or clinical background with first commercial experience in the healthcare sector and an established understanding of the UAE hospital environment.

Your Profile

• Medical, nursing, biomedical, perfusion,
• Professional experience within the medical device, cardiac surgery, critical care and hospital sector withing the UAE
• Strong knowledge and existing experience in Cardiac Surgery and/or Intensive Care
• Already actively working within the UAE healthcare market
• Established relationships with hospitals, physicians and clinical stakeholders
• Strong clinical understanding with the ability to communicate with surgeons, intensivists, perfusionists, nurses and hospital decision makers
• Commercial mindset with a strong focus on developing business and growing existing accounts
• Hands-on mentality  proactive, pragmatic and comfortable taking ownership
• Highly flexible and able to work independently in a dynamic environment
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
• Valid UAE driving license.

Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for developing and expanding our business across the UAE, with a particular focus on Cardiac Surgery and Critical Care / Intensive Care Units.

Your role will include:

• Developing existing hospital accounts and identifying new business opportunities
• Building sustainable relationships with physicians, clinical teams, hospital management and other key stakeholders
• Providing clinical and product related support directly in hospitals
• Supporting product evaluations, clinical applications and customer education
• Conducting presentations, trainings and workshops for healthcare professionals
• Identifying market opportunities and implementing activities to drive adoption and revenue growth
• Representing the company at congresses, workshops and relevant medical events
